We've spent our careers inside and alongside investors — building leadership teams, sitting in investment reviews, and watching which decisions create value and which ones cost it. That experience shapes everything we do.

Max spent six years leading Talent Strategy inside Hg's Value Creation team, one of Europe's most respected software investors. During that time he was part of a team that delivered over 200 executive and board-level appointments across Hg's portfolio — spanning CEOs, CFOs, GTM leaders and board roles in businesses from initial platform to exit.
That experience gave him something most search partners don't have: a genuine understanding of how leadership decisions look from inside an investment team. What the model demands, where the pressure points are, and what separates a good hire from a transformative one.
That's the perspective he brings to every search at torre.
Max spends most of his time away from work with his young (growing) family or traveling, being outside staying active playing various sports…badly!
That experience gave him something most search partners don't have: a genuine understanding of how leadership decisions look from inside an investment team. What the model demands, where the pressure points are, and what separates a good hire from a transformative one.

Harry has spent his career building trusted relationships with the people making senior leadership decisions — across private equity, permanent capital and founder-led businesses in software and B2B services.
Before torre, Harry was a board member, shareholder and brand-founder at Camino Search, where he helped build the business from scratch — hiring and developing both graduate and experienced search talent, building out multiple teams and a leadership layer, opening the US office, and breaking into new clients across the UK, US and Europe before exiting in early 2026. Alongside this, he led complex C-suite and Operating Partner searches for leading investors.
He’s known for being direct, thoughtful and well connected, with a genuine passion for the space. More than anything, he takes a long-term view — building relationships over time and acting as a partner clients come back to because they trust his judgement as much as his network.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family — Erin, Audrey and their crazy cockapoo Jemima — and is a big fan of sport and travel, particularly tennis, trail running and exploring new cities.
