Max is the founding Partner for Torre Search. He has 15+ years in the executive search industry and for the last 6 years led talent strategy for the Hg Value Creation team. Whilst at Hg Max and the team have delivered over 200 executive and board level hires into the Hg portfolio of software and services business across Europe and the US.
Max led the build of the Hg Serial Chair and Operating program where they have successfully developed a structured board program hiring Software PE CEOs, CROs, CFOs, CTOs into board seats.
